Frequently Asked Questions about Drop Shipping

Under the following conditions, we will drop ship merchandise to your customers:

  1. A Credit Card Drop Ship Authorization Form must be filled and returned to us accompanied by front and back copies of the credit card, and the front of your Driver's License. This is to ensure the identity of the cardholder and is a necessary security precaution for both of us.
  2. If you do not wish to pay by credit card, an order must be mailed via Postal Service with written instructions on where the package should be shipped, and a Check or Money Order. Please be aware all checks will be held for three weeks before shipping.
  3. If you so wish, you may also write "For All Orders" where the Shipping Information is required on the Credit Card Drop Ship Authorization Form. This will then apply to all future orders for that particular credit card only. You will not have to fill out a Form for every order.
  4. All required fields on the form must be filled clearly and legibly. "See Order", "See Customer Information on File", etc. will not be sufficient.
  5. International Orders: All orders must be accompanied by an Invoice which is required for Customs purposes. The Invoice, which can be faxed to us, must clearly state the Seller's Name (you), Phone Number and Address; Recipient's Name, Phone Number and Address; List of Items Purchased; Where Items Were Manufactured (contact us for this information if necessary); and, Price of Items Purchased.

  1. Who gets the Invoice once you have shipped the merchandise?
  2. Whose name and address appears on the Shipping Label?
  3. Will I have to pay the $10 minimum shipping fee per order?
  4. Can I order 1 whole unit of an item and have 1/2 and 1/2 mailed to two different customers?

Answers:

  1. You do. The Invoice will be "snail-mailed" to you once the package has been shipped to your customer. This way, your customer will never know what you paid for the merchandise.
  2. Yours does. This is to ensure that your customer will never know it was World Distributors who actually shipped the merchandise. As far as they are concerned, you shipped the merchandise to them directly. We will protect your business in this way.
  3. Yes, each drop ship order will be charged our minimum $10 shipping fee. You should adjust your own sales and shipping fees accordingly.
  4. No, you have to have the whole unit shipped per order. When you want an item to be shipped to two different customers, we have to print two separate orders. Therefore, the item must be ordered twice, in whole units.
